All your favourite moves, with Aimee's beloved pieces of equipment, as well as the addition of short bursts of HIIT to elevate your heart rate and amp up the pace of the workout. We recommend you purchase 'The BBM Pro Box' to ensure you have all the equipment needed for your session.
